Len Christ Building and Remodeling has been providing quality construction since our founding in 1974. After graduating from Fleetwood High School in 1965, Len attended Stevens Trade School in the carpenter and cabinet-making department till he was drafted into the Army Engineer Corp. In the Army he trained in the carpentry course and later served as a platoon Sgt. for a construction platoon. After working for a local contractor for several years and Quaker Maid Kitchens in the assembly shop learning the trades, he started Len Christ Building and Remodeling in November of 1974. Now celebrating 30 years of service for the Berks County area, it is still our mission to provide complete customer satisfaction with quality custom construction.
 When Len Christ started this business in 1974 he specialized in new home construction. Now he has primarily concentrated on custom sun rooms, kitchen and bath remodeling, finished basement, garages, additions, re-siding of homes, custom decks, and much more (many pictured on this web site).
A member of the Home Builders Assn of Berks County since 1976. Len has been very active in the assn. Serving as the President in 1982 and 1998 also chairing many of the local and state committees.
A member of the Pa. Builders Assn. and the National Assn. of Home Builders where he serves as a life member on the board of directors serving as a director since 1978.
Len was the recipient of the remodeler of the year award in 1996 and 2001 from the HBA of Berks Co. and the Small Contractor of the Year in 1989 from the Pa. Builders Assn.
